Zoom and BusinessCom have recently started a partnership to deliver the Zoom Platform to business partners through the My-Connect concept of BusinessCom. Pieter van Eldonk, CEO of BusinessCom will present the My-Connect-concept and Arie Vermeulen and Brad Johnson of Zoom will pitch the Zoom Platform, and more specific dive into Zoom Phone and Zoom CX (Contact Center) in combination with AI.
