Pre-sales engineer
Building a cyber security strategy means giving yourself the means to anticipate, mitigate, remedy and limit the impact of a cyber crisis on your organisation.
In a recent survey held among 750 European SMEs, HarfangLab looked to analyse and understand SMEs’ expectations in terms of cybersecurity, their exposure to the threat and the obstacles they face in achieving a greater cyber resilience. After giving a brief overview of the situation, Léna Jakubowicz will give her advice on how to tackle a cyber crisis and build a resilience-based strategy that takes the constraints and realities of SMEs in terms of cybersecurity into account.
What are the different stages in crisis management? What measures should be taken at what stage to limit the risks associated with the crisis? What methods should be used for anticipation, reconstruction and learning?
During this presentation, Léna will present concrete cases of cyber crisis management in an organisation. Management that is not only technical, but also human and organisational.
Léna has been a pre-sales engineer at HarfangLab, a European cybersecurity company specialising in endpoint security, since the beginning of 2023. In this role, Léna helps to demonstrate the added value of HarfangLab’s various solutions to technical contacts. Before joining HarfangLab, Léna was a cybersecurity consultant at OnePoint, where she worked on information security governance projects, risk analysis and training executive committees in cyber crisis management. Passionate about cybersecurity tools and tactics, it was a natural evolution for her to join a solutions provider as a pre-sales engineer. Among her various missions, Léna develops the technical expertise of HarfangLab’s partner ecosystem, with the aim of providing them with the tools and knowledge they need to implement cybersecurity solutions effectively.
With a degree in management and a Masters in Security Studies from University College London (UCL), specialising in the study of conflict, terrorism and threats to national security, Léna has a varied and atypical background that enables her to combine strategy, technique and interpersonal skills in a constantly evolving sector.
